Deloris is an ecosystem builder, strategist, and social entrepreneur committed to promoting equity and inclusion worldwide. She has performed strategic policy, impact investment, and economic development work across six countries, impacting a range of socio-economic issues including access to justice in Ghana, cultural industries development in Barbados and racial/ethnic discrimination in the Netherlands.

As a strategist, she helps mission-driven organizations and companies maximize their social returns through data, creativity, and design. She is currently an Inclusive Innovation Fellow at Georgetown Law's Institute for Technology Law and Policy, Head of Strategy and Operations at BEACON: The D.C. Women Founders Initiative, Founder/CEO of AXL - a social impact advisory agency, and creator of NEUPRINT, a live event series amplifying new majority founders.
